Who am I?
Your everyday female who allowed the menapause hormones and sedentery lifestyle turn her world upside down!!
As a retired nurse and now a work from home mom, I needed to take my health back. I knew nothing about GLP-1 meds other than surface information. I needed a boost so I could see some results to keep my motivation moving.
I saw the scale move and everything changed! I wanted to get up and go for walks, I wanted to monitor my intake of proteins, fibers, carbs to ensure I had a balanced diet and I spoke to my doctor about how long I stay on GLP-1 meds. Without a lifestyle change, it may be a while... so I made a change!!!
